Interior Floors

    Stained floors are an excellent option for anyone who wants a durable and low maintenance hard-surface floor.  We can start with your existing concrete floor or use an overlay for the areas aren’t already concrete.  When you combine the natural beauty of stains with decorative engraving you can create truly custom floors.

    The staining process takes three or four days, on an average sized job.  We first perform any engraving that you would like done, we find that this is the best way to create the pattern and show off the different colors.  Then the floor is thoroughly cleaned, after the floor is dry we can apply any combination of acid stains, dyes, or etching. When done to your satisfaction, we seal the job and protect it with several layers of floor polish that is designed specifically for concrete.

    Stained floors offer superior resistance to moisture and will not trap radiant heat from your floor.  Stained floors are easy to clean and the only required maintenance is the application of a water based floor polish once a year.
